Fidelity Insurance (Cayman) Limited was sold in October 2019 to two of the largest and most well-respected financial services groups in the region, Guardian International and RoyalStar Holdings. Both Groups own insurance companies that have operated in the Cayman Islands market for over 25 years.

As part of a Transitional Services Agreement, Fidelity Insurance (Cayman) Limited was able to retain the Fidelity name and brand for an initial period. With effect from January 25, 2021, Fidelity Insurance (Cayman) Limited has changed its name to Vanguard Risk Solutions Limited.

The management and staff of the company are unchanged and remain committed to providing the highest level of service to our growing number of clients. Clients will be kept informed in the coming months as we transition to the new brand. In the meantime, we will continue to use our existing web pages and contact details. The Company will continue to operate from the existing location at 3/F, Cayman Financial Centre, 36A Dr. Roy’s Drive, George Town.
